​Job Summary:

IRP has a new and exciting opportunity available for a natural sales and relationship developer.

This position is a sales-driven opportunity, with a core focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities with multinational corporations.

The successful Business Development & Sales Manager will have maintained a successful corporate network across the expatriate management sector and will have relevant industry association links such as; WWERC, FEM, IAM, SHRM, etc.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Researching and identifying talent mobility decision-makers within multinational organizations
  • Building and developing professional relationships, fostering and covering these into new client business
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and techniques, utilizing knowledge to understand client requirements and present the most suitable and appropriate mobility solutions
  • Developing a prospect client portfolio and using strategic sales and business development techniques to convert these into clients
  • Using economic review and assessment to identify potential business with both active and future global talent mobility needs
  • Participating in the creation and delivery of RFPs, contract negotiation and deal closures
  • Regularly attending round-table events, conferences and networking events for brand representation and client development
  • Supporting the creation and delivery of thought leadership publications, white papers, and marketing material

Skills and experience required:

  • Good knowledge of the global talent mobility and HR/expatriate sector
  • Ability to identify decision-makers within HR/Mobility departments
  • Excellent sales and relationship development skills
  • Proven background in sales, client engagement, and business development within global mobility
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely from home and travel as required

Regional Immigration Manager | Latinoamerica
Location: Mexico City, Mexico

As the business continues to grow, the IRP Immigration division is going from strength to strength. This posi­tion offers the opportunity to join our well respected, award-winning immigration practice.

This is an exciting chance to develop your career and have the autonomy to manage client and government relation­ships, working at the forefront of new and developing immigration policies and practices whilst providing first-class ser­vice.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Provide expertise on Immigration processes and corporate management
  • Manage all aspects of corporate immigration applications
  • Responsible for managing own casework, advice to clients and general service delivery
  • Remain abreast of all relevant rules, laws and best practice affecting the company’s core activities
  • Actively participating in knowledge sharing within the company
  • Ensure that all inquiries and service agreements are dealt with in line with agreed service standards
  • Management of client expectations
  • Participate in client meetings/training
  • Participate in business development activities
  • Update Newland Chase technology platforms in accordance with firm policies
  • Participate in global training programs and any client-specific training
  • Manage vendors
  • Perform any “administrative” tasks as requested by the Country Manager as needed
  • Participate in any global or local ad-hoc projects
  • Any other activities are necessary to support the IRP operation in the Latinamerica region.
